Cancellation Policy :
Cancellation more than 60 days in advance: 100% refund of the total cost of the retreat.
Cancellation between 30 and 60 days in advance: Refund of 50% of the total cost of the retreat.
Refund in case of unforeseen events:
In case of cancellation of the event by the organization, we will refund 100% of what you paid immediately.
Security :
During the expedition, we prioritize your safety at all times. We will have local security support in the areas we visit. On mountain treks, you will be accompanied by certified and duly authorized mountaineers, ensuring an expert-guided experience. On trail or dune tours, you will be under the guidance of highly trained professionals, and we will always travel in organized groups, keeping the vision of the entire team to ensure that no one is left behind. It should be noted that this experience is not a race, but rather an opportunity to enjoy the environment at your own pace, in a safe, collaborative and enriching environment.
Payment methods :
With option of 1, 3, or 5 payments.
The number of payments may vary depending on the registration date. Registration will be valid when the total registration fee has been paid.
